HAMT model, surface heat transfer reports not working

Description

While working on surface specific heat balance algorithm feature, noticed that many of the surface heat transfer output variables are not working for HAMT model. The following were noted but others probably exist and a review is needed:

outside face net IR outside face conduction inside face conduction heat storage rate average face conduction.

LG requests: In addition to reporting HAMT Construction Temperatures, is it possible to report Water Content and relative humidity?

I just encountered this issue still in v24.1 for outside face conduction and inside face conduction. I realize HAMT is rarely used in practice, however it is still useful for research. So I'm leaving this as paper trail evidence of an additional person who'd benefit from this issue being fixed.
