Refrigeration Air Chiller vertical location bug #4240

There is a bug in Refrigeration Air Chiller. If the vertical location is either Ceiling or Floor, the simulation will segfault due to a divide by zero error.

@mbadams5 Sorry for the long delay here, I'm going to merge the pull request and then make a new issue that references this one that says the code needs to be improved later.
