@mbadams5 Made a fix that avoided a hard divide by zero. See issue #4240 and pull request #4241. That fix is important, but now there is a bug that that section of the code was never filled out. We need to either deprecate that field if it isn't going to be implemented properly, document the deficiency for now, or make the fix.
