Various example file issues

• [ ] Example files 5ZoneEconomicsTariffAndLifeCycleCosts.idf and 5ZoneTDV.idf have the following monthly report object, but the Fanger thermal comfort model is not requested in the People object, so the report shows undefined for the thermal comfort outputs.

I would probably delete this report object since it's also in 5ZoneVAV-ChilledWaterStorage-Stratified.idf with Fanger comfort active.

• [ ] There are many example files that request the Fanger thermal comfort model in the People objects, but don't request any output for it. There are plenty of examples files that request both, so why keep it active in the files that don't output the PMV result?
