Add Missing Curves Referenced in RefrigerationCasesDataSet.idf

Curves referenced in the RefrigerationCasesDataSet.idf file are not included in that file or anywhere in the EnergyPlus distribution. The curves are:

defrost energy correction Curve: Multi Shelf Vertical

and

Latent Case Credit Curve: Multi_Shelf_Vertical_Latent_Case_Credit_Curve

Other curves referenced in the file should be checked to ensure that they are in the file.

While looking at Refrigeration dataset files, the repo has two extra files which are not included in the install package. Can these be deleted? RefrigerationCompressorCurvesNeedFix.idf and RefrigerationCompressorCurvesOK.idf
