Improve tubular daylighting device modeling #6694

Enhance the tubular daylighting devices model to be able to have a hemispherical dome, have sun tracking, to allow better thermal modeling, and to define grids of devices instead of one at a time.

Also add more than one effective R-value for the heat transfer through the tube given that there will be significantly different temperature profiles when the outdoor temperature is higher or lower than the inside temperature. When higher it will result generally in a stratified tube but when lower, it will result in a well mixed tube due to buoyancy.
