Update output reporting of mechanical equipment using 90.1-2019 metrics

During the ASHRAE 90.1 meetings in October 2018 many new addenda were voted out that update the mechanical equipment efficiency tables. Many new metrics are being used in the tables to describe the efficiency of equipment. Current output reports that report metrics for mechanical equipment should be updated to also report the new metrics.

Examples of metrics (and their referenced method of test) that appear in 90.1-2019 include SEER2 and HSPF2 (AHRI 210/240), IEER (AHRI 340/360), CEER (ANSI/AHAM RAC-1), MRE (AHRI 910), ISMRE and ISCOP (AHRI 920), UEF (10 CFP 430 Appendix E), FEI (AMCA 208). Many other metrics are used in 90.1 and other energy codes and standards. As a first step, a review should be done to identify and prioritize which metrics to add to the output reporting.
