Daylight Glare Index output variable not decreasing when OnIfHighGlare is used with shading #7657

Open JasonGlazer opened 4 years ago

JasonGlazer commented 4 years ago

Issue overview

The output variable "Daylighting Reference Point # Glare Index" should decrease when OnIfHighGlare is used with a shading device and the shading device is deployed. The file does not show this behavior.

The question from the user that reported this problem is here:

https://unmethours.com/question/41577/dgi-does-not-decrease-after-glare-control/

This was with EnergyPlus 9.2.

The defect files are in the DevSupport repo.
