Fervo case study initial parameters & result; new bit.ly interface URL #203

  1. Initial set of parameters for Fervo case study: https://github.com/NREL/GEOPHIRES-X/issues/202 - incorporates initial feedback from @kfbeckers & @malcolm-dsider
  2. Update README interface link to https://bit.ly/GEOPHIRES which points to https://scientificwebservices.com/tools/geophires/ (https://tinyurl.com/geophires will also continue to work via redirect from https://jonathanpezzino.com/geothermal/geophires)
  3. Minor change to HIP-RA client to support taking parameters as either file path or dict
