Update Gradient Units from degC/m to degC/km #233

This PR addresses issue #171 by updating the Gradient units from degC/m to degC/km in the geophires-request.json file and modifying the Outputs.py file to output the Gradient results in the preferred units set in the Reservoir.py file.
