updates to requirements in marmot #79

Planning to add a few more things this PM to bring up to date but want to make folks aware so as to not duplicate. Hopefully this will help with issues Amogh (@ThatteAmogh?) has had (see #78).

For me this now works with my example. I'll try on Amogh's and then we can hopefully merge. I did not try to fix the .yml files so a valid env would now have to be installed from requirements.txt.

@MartySchwarz I'm happy to do this but are we OK deprecating the ymls? That'd functionally be where we're at unless I try to fix those. Feel free to @ anyone else who knows more about coding, lol.

@llavin13 we could alternatively delete the old ymls and then re-create them after making a fresh environment from the requirements.txt. But as I think about that it seems overly complicated. Let's just remove them and all mention of them.
