This epic covers the recommendation engine for NEBs related to Energy Assessments and Projects. Key critera of this epic include:

Data model that associates NEBs with Projects.
NEBs are recommended to users based on aspects of their project, including:
Type of energy assessment
Type of project/opportunity
Relevant KPIs.
Transparency / explainability should be prioritized on recommendation engine.

This epic roughly corresponds to requirement 6.3.3 in the requirements doc.

I'm not sure the recommendation engine is close to being available. We have a general relationship between NEBs and KPMs but taking assessment data and recommending NEBs is going to be something that will take a bigger effort from the research team before the software can implement anything

I would remove the timeline dates if I could but don't think that is possible so just punting down the road for now.
