This epic defines all features around the initial implementation of reports. Some key features include:

• Report pages for each Company, Facility, and Assessment.
• Ability to make selection of NEBs, Assessments, Energy upgrade projects for a given company.
• Quantitative NEBs are represented as a graph / numerically.
• Qualitative NEBs are represented as text boxes or bullet points.
• Linkages between upgrade project and KPIs are included in the reports.
• Linkages between upgrade project and production processes are included in the reports.
• Editable sections of report such as title, adding and removing certain line items, and descriptions.
• Visible on screen and exportable as PDF

This epic roughly corresponds to requirement 6.3.5 in the requirements doc.
