This epic is meant to "clean up" the navigation and UI so it is demo ready. Tasks include:

Removing redundant UIs (e.g., Project Dashboard view)
Placing all top-level nav in the hamburger menu or in the top banner (no more tabs).
Ensure every click-through path works, and there are no bad states the app can get into. Features with such bad states should be disabled.
