This will be the first example of a calculator tool to help the user compute a quantitative NEB.

[ ] Identify two NEBs to implement the calculators for.
[ ] UI Element associated with a NEB containing calculator tool.
[ ] Help text around calculator tool.
[ ] Calculation works for 2 NEBs.
[ ] The result is auto-populated into the quantitative NEB field.

Add some comments from DOE demo meeting:

How to track each NEBs with specific calculators based on the protocol document?
How to track cost and show it in the report, for example, non-energy cost

These things need inputs / clarifications from research team.
