A user friendly, graphical, open-source application (Web/Mac/Windows) of the multiple benefits framework for non-energy benefits, incorporating additional aspects to make the tool effective for use in the United States.
The pre-assessment was added in Issue #70, but the utility of the page is not well defined, in my opinion. I think the page needs to be re-scoped and updated.
Larger issue: I'm not convinced we need a separate "pre assessment" page. I think a pre-assessment could be replaced by one of two options:
Wait until the "manage assessment" page in the Data Collection wizard to create the assessment.
Rename the "pre-assessment" page to "energy equipment," where you'd collect nearly the same data.
Small issues:
It will be unclear to the user if "annual cost" should include or exclude the value of the "energy cost" field, or if they will be automatically added together later. I suggest adding some help text to clarify what to put in each field.
Why is the date field immutable, and what is the purpose of having a date field at all?
