Custom report aggreagation where user can define which NEBs, Projects and KPIs to include in the report. #128
Define and implement the levels of aggregation required for reports.
The most granular level of a report would be to select a custom subset of Energy Opportunities and NEBs.
Report levels:
Custom selection of Energy Opportunities, NEBs, and KPIs.
Roll up all Energy Opportunities and NEBs for a given assessment. (Assessment-level report).
Roll up all Energy Opportunities and NEBs for a given facility. (Facility-level report).
Roll up all Energy Opportunities and NEBs for a given company. (Company-level report).
Open questions
Is it sufficient to "enable and disable" nebs, kpis, and opportunties in the Roadmapping and Data Collection wizards, or is another layer of selection needed in the Reports wizard?
Potential stories:
A user can generate two reports containing identical content, except for one Energy Opportunity its the associated NEBs. They should be able to generate both reports without performing any destructive actions on their JUSTIFI project (e.g., they shouldn't have to delete the whole energy opportunity.)
A user wants to view the total savings for all energy opportunities at the Facility level.
A user wants to make a report on the total savings at the company level from reduced maintenance needs.
