Implement a button to save a report as a PDF.

[ ] Implement a button to print the page to PDF
[ ] Print css stylesheet to re-format the page to suit 8.5x11 paper
[ ] Print css stylesheets to re-format page for aspect ratio of typical powerpoint slides (16x9)

Adding to next iteration of report epic. Probably falls in the "Nice to have" bin and not a requirement for advisory board demo.

Also associated with #159 we will want to print to pdf the pre-visit report
