add in hardcoded KPI, KPM and NEBs options and relationship from excel document. Further refinement will be necessary on language for the different values.
Remove KPI objects from company and add DB entry type for KeyPerformanceIndicatorIdb
Update KPI selection page and added KPI details pages that allow metrics to be entered.
Each KPI has a set of KPMs with baseline data to be filled out. Currently just a portion of the KPMs have quantifiable data in which we can calculate a baseline cost.
KPI, KPM and NEBs are displayed in the NEB Database on the user dashboard.
