A user friendly, graphical, open-source application (Web/Mac/Windows) of the multiple benefits framework for non-energy benefits, incorporating additional aspects to make the tool effective for use in the United States.
We want to be able to have a toggle to show "All NEBs", currently only show NEBs associated with KPI's that are being tracked.
This will also mean that in the NEB form we will want to add the ability to add untracked KPM's from untracked KPI's. Currently can only add KPM's from tracked KPI's.
Additionally we should have some basic filtering/ordering on the page. Alphabetical ordering and possible search string should be easy adds.
