Add Energy Opp NEBs to NEBs tab of assessment #140
We will want to be able to see which NEBs are added in the "Energy Opportunities" tab when in the "NEBs" tab of an on site assessment. Currently the only thing being displayed is the NEBs added directly to the assessment and not tied to an energy opportunity.
