Production processes are supported by energy systems (represented in NEB Tool as Assessments).

Each facility has many production processes.
A production process for now is just a name (string)
Energy systems (Assessments) can link back to Production Processes supported.

Reviewed v0.0.1-alpha-bae4b42, This looks good to me! I will create a new issue to build in common types of production processes.
