Add a contacts object to the database that can be attached to various objects.

[ ] Projects
[ ] KPIs

So far contacts have been added at a company level and can be assigned to equipment and assessments. From 5/2/24 meeting we will also want to add contacts to KPIs so we will want to put contacts prior to KPIs

This looks good to me as of v0.0.1-alpha-06d0278.

We have new issues for "quick add" contacts in the modals #96
