Add Pre-Visit Review Page #72

Page with a table of the details entered in to the Pre-visit.

I can see this being a printable/pdf report that can be shared. Will discuss further with group if that makes sense.

From 5/2/24 meeting: got the thumbs up that a printable or pdf document would be a good addition here. I will set the page up with that in mind and I will add a new issue for implementing the print/pdf functionality.

As a first draft, the "Review Pre-Visit" page looks good to me.
