Add new contacts at the point in time when selecting contacts #96
Description:
Currently, when selecting "Team Members" to add to data objects such as KPIs, you must select an existing team member using a modal. If the team member doesn't exist, the user has to close the modal, navigate back to the team details page, and create a new team member there, before navigating back to the data object they were trying to modify. Instead, it would be easier and more intuitive to allow the user to add a new team member directly from the modal.

User can add a new team member (doesn't exist in the project already) to a KPI without navigating away from the KPI.
