New control and schedule options for DERs

There's a few new/common control methods that would be good to add. These can be changed on the fly, but it appears to be faster to change them in the schedule before the simulation starts, if possible. Let's make sure these are in their equipment schedules so they can be adjusted during initialization or during the simulation:
