Relaxes requirements for a couple inputs:
SolarAbsorptance
Emittance
Window/PerformanceClass
I also cleaned up the HPXML sample files accordingly.

SolarAbsorptanceandEmittancenow only required for exterior walls & rim joists (i.e., ExteriorAdjacentTo=outside).Window/PerformanceClassno longer required (defaults to "residential").I also cleaned up the HPXML sample files accordingly.
