Allow multiple `Battery` elements #1428

Currently we only allow one Battery in the HPXML, but it would be nice to support multiple. Need to dig up why we couldn't support multiple from the onset -- looks like we started to allow multiple, ran up against an E+ limitation (?), and then limited it to one.

Maybe the HPXML batteries could be combined into a single equivalent battery for E+.
