Remove `geometry_building_num_units` argument from BuildResHPXML measure? #1884

It isn't used by OS-HPXML to generate the energy model, but a user might think it's used. Seems like we can safely remove it?

It was probably used back when the inputs for MF buildings where whole building inputs rather than individual dwelling units.
