XML files with runner log for measure tests are generated, but then are thrown away at the end of the test #12

Reports are written to "/Users/dgoldwas/Documents/GitHub/NREL/OpenStudio-measures/test/html_reports" as each measure finishes its tests, but then as soon as the entire test is completed, all the files disappear. I'm currently running tests in "nrel_published"
