Currently hitting a 'Error: uninitialized constant OpenStudio::Runmanager' error during run_all throws an uncaught exception and exits out of testing

do you have a measure example where this is happening?

Well now I can't reproduce. I had tried running all the tests for the measures in OS measures, oh well.
