Calibration Report Displaying Incorrect CV(RMSE) and NMBE #799

In the picture below, notice that the CV(RMSE) and NMBE for Electricity Consumption (kWh) and Electric Demand (kW) are the same. However, the monthly error for the two sets of bills is not the same. Assume that the wrong variable is being used in one of these two places.

@asparke2 Please see my commit yesterday to Calibration No Gas.

Tested this, it's fixed (those numbers were removed for Electric Demand).
