This PR follows #30, but there will still be a large number of files changed here, mostly OpenFAST inputs and ofTools/

Major Updates:

Update ofTools Test_Cases/ to openfast v2.5.0.
If openfast is installed using conda, we can run examples and testing without any source code changes
