Update version upgrade to show warnings at top - address issue #1635 #1761

Addresses #1635

Test with MSLF / SO created from 2022.11.21
SAM_1635.zip

When opening, the messages are ordered per line 786 in project.cpp image

For the test file, you should see the warning messages first: image
