Wind "Environmental Losses" description incorrect #1764

Describe the bug

On the Losses page of the Wind Power model, the description of the Environmental Losses category is the same as Turbine Performance category.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a Wind model.
  2. Go to the Losses page.
  3. Note description.
