Add ability to use relative mass flow rate min max limits, rather than absolute values, for parabolic trough and linear fresnel CSP technologies. This will allow users to design fields more intuitively, and prevent accidentally designing fields that are constrained by mass flow rate.
Additionally, steady state pressure drop and pumping power are added to parabolic trough UI.
