Remove extra columns in custom HTF table for CSP models #619

This requires fixes in SAM UI and SSC.

In SAM:

Modify the custom HTF UI widget to remove the enthalpy and kinematic viscosity columns
Update default custom HTF table input for all CSP models that use it.

In SSC:

Modify SSC lookup methods for the HTF properties to ensure that they are not being used anywhere in the code.

For Fall 2022, revising Help to explain that the data is not required, and pushing to Fall 2022 Patch 1. May need to consider waiting for the next release if it involves a format change to an input variable that is not suitable for a patch.
