Eliminate more event indicators #12

A surprisingly large number of event indicators with many dependencies is generated for some of the Buildings models causing QSS simulation to run very slowly:

Some models have extra event indicators that could be eliminated:
- EventIndicator5: 4 event indicators for 2 sampler clauses

Build

Build the FMU with bld from the OCT directory as described in the Status page.

The event indicator dependencies can be examined in the modelDescription.xml file.

As this is a non-critical performance issue I'm putting it into the Future Milestone for now.

If necessary we can gauge the performance impact by manually removing unnecessary event indicators from models.
