Incorrect generated reverse dependencies for sampler #3

There are a few issues related to the event indicators generated by OCT for the zero-crossing functions:

No reverse dependencies are generated for the event indicators for a model so QSS cannot simulate it correctly:
- UpstreamSampler

Build

Build the FMU with bld from the OCT directory as described in the Status page.

The dependencies can be examined in the modelDescription.xml file.

The new <Dependencies> section generated by OCT-r28312_JM-r14295 has dependencies on the event indicators (their reverse dependencies) so this issue can be closed.
