'st_optic' function does not take 18 arguments #79

When I build CoPILOT in Windows following the wiki steps, at the 8th step (Build SolarPILOT.dll), I’ve got the following error: 'st_optic' function does not take 18 arguments

Something similar happens when I built SolarPILOT in windows at the 8th step.
