-String replacement on tutorial 11 -metdata added to getSingleTimestampTrackerAngle call on tutorial 17 -updated metdata on tutorial 18, hpc input no longer working (todo?) -Canadian solar modules no longer in CEC library on tutorial 21

calculatePerformance, calculatePerformanceModule issues on tutorial 21:

-test folder pointing to E drive on SAT Reflectors, was having issue accessing that drive on Windows (probably not an issue)

This is ready to merge. calculatePerformance in example 21 is not working the same as before, but I think that can be handled in a separate issue.
