Fixes #35 by adding more pytests.

@shirubana - I took a look at the readEPW functionality that we have here. In order for things to match up, I had to include a +1 hour timedelta for EPW files only. This is what we're currently doing in bifacial_radiance. We should chat about this, and maybe find some other way that deltastyle is used.
