Labels on inputs on user interface #26

I think we should include some explanatory text such as better axis labels and units of measure on the graphical function inputs in the "Baseline Population Scenarios" section of the user interface. (Also, the dialog box that is displayed by pushing "?" isn't particularly informative.) Just one or two sentences of explanatory text embedded on the interface sheet would be sufficient.

This same comment applies to the "Biofuels Scenarios" set of inputs, where having units explicit is even more important.

Note also that the graphical function input widgets aren't nicely aligned in a grid. It looks odd that they are almost aligned, but not exactly.

I have cleaned up the look and feel of these graphical input widgets (build 3887). I still need to provide some definitional and help text on the two screens.

think I have graphical functions pretty ok. ? will contain documentation. have put procedural help, and a couple of lines around horizontal and vertical axes detail. svn v 3907.
