User tracking of scenarios #54

When a user changes inputs on the interface tables or on the baseline scenarios graphical functions, there is no way to see a summary across all inputs of whether something has changed and how it has changed.

We discussed solution is comparison between locked baseline table and same table with latest run.

By the way, there isn't anything on the Baseline Scenarios graphical function that indicates that those are input devices, and the Baseline Scenarios name makes one think that it's just for reference and not to be changed - maybe a name change in order?

I don't think we will be able to get to the first point, at least in this version. Re the by the way point, I will change the name of the link attached to "baseline scenarios. --sp

I've cleaned up the interface substantially. Have also put a button that opens the data manager that gives people access to changes in inputs and model results over last n runs. closed in v 3931 of model.
