memory leak in STELLA #55

SP has identified memory leak in STELLA that causes crash after multiple runs. isee has replicated problem and is working to fix it. Maybe worth putting into the FAQ? isee is working on a v 10.0.4 that should fix these problems. Hoping it'll be out contemporaneously with release of the model.

I am told but have not verified that this has been fixed in 10.0.4. I anticipate that 10.0.4 will be available at some point in October. Once it is out there, I can go ahead and move the model to that version (and we can require people to be using 10.0.4).
