Enhancement to upgrades visualizer:

[x] Remove the need to pass the yaml file. The upgrade names are read directly from Athena.
[x] Add ability to select only a few upgrades for the visualizer.
[x] Add ability to skip monthly visualization (for faster loading of annual visualization)
