Delete weather files from run folder after completion #380

The weather files take up a lot of space on Eagle for each run, even if the run is a small 100 building test run. After the run completes, delete the weather directory. @mpraprost suggested this.

Sounds like a good idea. @asparke2 or @mpraprost can you please take the lead on stubbing out this feature?
