We are requesting the tmy data and have been doing so for years as part of our standard process. Recently we have notice a big spike in the failures that have been happening requesting this data. The failure we see is a SocketTimeOutException or Read time out. We also have not been making enough requests to question if we are hitting the documented api limits.
This is the failure rate in retrieving the tmy data we've been seeing:
Apr 4: 60.25%
Apr 3: 59.93%
Apr 2: 59.02%
Apr 1: 32.20%
Mar 31: 0%
Mar 30: 2.12%
Mar 29: 12.6%
Mar 28: 1.69%
Mar 27: 22.22%
Mar 26 - Mar 24: 0%, etc. (seemingly back to normal)
Can anything be done to bring this back to be more consistently successful?
