NREL Website Contact Us Form is Down #336

2023-10-18, tried Firefox and Edge, when I click submit it just spins and doesn't respond. Feel free to transfer this issue if it's not in the right place. When the only available option is to use the Contact Form (i.e., no general info line email address is provided), then I don't know how else to report that the Contact Form is down. So, I'm trying GitHub.

Hello! It's possible you are trying to put too much content in. Try send your request via email at email-contact2015@nrel.gov

I only tried submitting about two (2) sentences yesterday. I've been able to send much more text previously (in my submissions as of a few months ago) and it worked fine. The service was definitely down yesterday. It's back up as of now. I'm closing the issue.

P.S. If there are in fact character limits, it'd be useful to notify the user of such. Thank you!
