DISCO hosting capacity reports database schema #43

It's worth to store the hosting capacity reports of DISCO into a database, as it facilitates the metrics query and result comparison dynamically among feeders.

The database schema is shown below, disco-db

Hey Jianli, thanks for setting this up. I think some metric is still missing (or maybe I missed them). For example: total time points that any instantons nodal voltage is out of ANSI range A; status of assets for cost benefit analysis, ... I will set up an excel file and discuss it with our DANCE team member, and then we can set up the database

I am thinking that maybe "Dynamic PV Hosting Capacity Metric" and "Cost-Benefit Analysis Metric" are in another layer under the voltage, thermal, meta metrices?

Yes, the db schema already implemented and is now in use, it could be closed.
